Ellen Rice and events in her studio this month
Ellen Rice has been painting since she was a small child, learning at the elbow of her Corcoran School of Art-taught mother. People have been requesting to buy her paintings since junior high school and is today considered one of the mid-Atlantic's most collectible painters.
Commissions While Ellen primarily paints scenes that inspire her of the coastal area she's called home for decades and inspirational paintings that have come to her in prayer, Ellen accepts a small number of commissions every year.
To get on her list for a commissioned work of art or to consult with the artist on days when the studio is not scheduled to be open, please call (302) 539-3405for an appointment.
Ellen is painting almost every day, but will do her best to meet with you at a time that is convenient for you both. Please understand if it's not possible at the exact time you wish.
