For more than 24 years, Ellen Rice has been offering the works of fellow American artists and artisans alongside her artwork through her gallery and now her studio, in Ocean View, Delaware. These artists and artisans are the finest of the fine, and we will proudly continue to promote and sell their works, though more online than in person as we transition during recent years' challenges.
