Methods of Payment

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card and ApplePay in person via our touchless Square terminal. We additionally offer GooglePay online.

We accept personal checks and will ship merchandise when your check clears.

Time payments via credit card or check can be arranged on larger purchases. Please feel free to call us to discuss your needs.

We are based in Delaware and do not charge sales tax in person or online.

​Conditions of Sale

All items offered online are subject to prior sale. We strive to keep the gallery’s online inventory current but occasionally pieces sell out between website updates. Please contact us to confirm availability, particularly with one-of-a-kind handmade art and fine craft.

Prices on the website cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the art business. It is rare for a price to change but possible. We will notify you if a price has changed.

All items are guaranteed to be as described. If you have concerns or questions please contact us.

Full payment is required at time of sale if you wish to take an item home or have it delivered. Time payments can be arranged. All sales of original paintings by Ellen Rice and handmade artisan works on consignment are final.


Shipping Information

Unless otherwise indicated, shipping charges apply to all online orders. The option to purchase online and pickup your purchase in the studio is available during checkout at no cost.

Shipping fees are calculated online and show in checkout. You may also call us at (302) 539-3405 or email us via our contact page. If you have paid with a personal check your purchase will be shipped when your check clears.

If you need your purchase to reach you faster we can accommodate your needs. Please call or e-mail us with your instructions.
 
Shipping charges are not refundable when items are returned. All purchases are fully insured. Framed pieces are professionally packaged by the shipping company.

If any items arrive damaged please save all shipping materials and contact us immediately. We will instruct you on how to proceed. If you are present when an obviously damaged package is delivered please request the shipper to formally note the damage.

International Orders and Shipping

Call for a shipping price quote on all international orders. Paying legally requisite customs charges is the responsibility of the customer.
