This one-of-a-kind, signed, dated lantern by Ann Cooper is designed to celebrate the beauty of Ellen Rice's painting of the a sunny day at the beach in "Summer Dreams."
In this miniature world, a Golden Retriever puppy lies on the floor by a cosy leather chair. A side table features a copy of The Grinch Steals Christmas and a table lamp, and carefully wrapped packages await their recipients.
Ann's miniatures are all 1:12 scale and glued in place. The light is removable so that it can be turned on or off with a small switch at the base. This is designed for the adult collector and not intended for use as a child's toy.
