Ann Cooper's Coastal Summer themed lantern featuring Ellen Rice's seascape, "Energy Unconfined"
This one-of-a-kind, signed, dated miniature lantern scene by Ann Cooper is designed to celebrate the beauty of one of Ellen Rice's most popular paintings in print, depicting a cheerful day at the beach as you're just about to cross the dunes, with kites and seagulls flying in the distance, titled "Energy Unconfined."
This cosy Christmas scene features so many details it is hard to list them. There are two lighted features, a fireplace with kitten snuggled next to it and a golden hanging lantern.
Ann's miniatures are all 1:12 scale and glued in place. The light is removable so that it can be turned on or off with a small switch at the base. This is designed for the adult collector and not intended for use as a child's toy.
