Fenwick Island Lighthouse - 1891
"Fenwick Island Lighthouse - 1891" is a chalk pastel recreation of an era. Ellen painted it at the request of the daughter of the last lighthouse keeper from the daughter's memories and descriptions and an old, yellowed postcard she had held onto for many years.
Reproductions are museum quality gicle'es made using the finest inks, papers and canvas available and are faithfully reproduced from her original painting by Ellen. Image sizes listed don't include margins. Prints on paper are signed over Ellen's embossed seal of authenticity, numbered and titled in pencil in the lower margin. Canvas gicle'es are signed and numbered within the image, so the canvas can be framed like an original without glass.
The prints come with the painting's full story and have an estimated lifespan on colors of up to 200 years when conservation framed and handled properly.
This painting can be custom sized on canvas. Stop in, call the studio at (302) 539-3405 or email us for more information.
