"Glorious Sunset" Celebration Series #4/25 (sold) - Prints just released
This painting was inspired by a photo sent to me by one of my collectors. It surpassed in radiant beauty anything I have personally taken of the nation's first National Harbor of Refuge Lighthouse at Cape Henlopen, Lewes, Delaware.
I loved the drama of the dark sky being lit from behind by the setting sun and the sky clearing beyond the moving storm clouds. Enlarged, you can see a light emenating from the lighthouse as its night watch begins.
