This little signed, dated one-of-a-kind lantern by Ann Cooper is designed to celebrate the beauty of Ellen Rice's painting of an early snowfall over a Delaware farm, geese flying into the sun, harvested corn stalks poking up out of the fresh snowfall titled "Autumn Snow."
The cabinet is stocked with holiday china, gingerbread men and there are even special surprises in each drawer in the hand painted and antiqued miniature furniture.
Ann's miniatures are all 1:12 scale and glued in place. The light is removable so that it can be turned on or off with a small switch at the base. This is designed for the adult collector and not intended for use as a child's toy.
