"Let There be Light" is an original 20" x 10" x 5/8" oil painting on canvas. It was sparked by an old newspaper photograph taken by a friend and interpreted from it and a blend of good memories over the years.


I started with the light, as always, with the intention of making you feel that you are there, standing on the deserted beach experiencing the feel, the peaceful beauty and sounds of the watery surroundings, the very gentle lapping of the tide on the shore.
