This painting's name and a better photograph are coming. Painted with an age old glazing method, the colors are very difficult to reproduce with digital media. Viewing devices and this website's program also alter colors. This painting of a place I love, the time of day I love and some good memories was painted in thin translucent veils of oil color to achieve the glow you see.
Because of this method, in person, you can also see the colors change as you walk around it or the lighting changes. It glows from across a room.
If you wish to see it in person, please come in before its new owner takes it home.
